DIVERSITY CAMPAIGN
A campaign to raise awareness that at Guardian Jobs, you'll find a wide range of careers with employers who truly value a diverse workforce. My concept played on the idea of table football characters all looking exactly the same, paired with the copyline: "Everyone deserves a fair shot at work." The campaign was highly successful, with traffic to the website almost doubling in the first two weeks. In fact, The Guardian even 3D-printed the characters to create a life-sized table football set for the office foyer.
