Westminster City Council launched a service where you can find the nearest toilet by simply sending a text message.I created a campaign to raise awareness, designing playful visuals alongside intriguing headlines that conveyed the message quickly and clearly. The overwhelming feedback and high service uptake indicated great success, contributing to a reduction in street urination.
